Our Programmes
Three courses.
One clear direction.
Each programme begins where you are — not where you should be. Choose the one that matches your current stage, or ask us which would suit you better.

How the courses are structured
Each programme is built in weekly modules. You work through them at a pace that suits your circumstances, with twelve months of access from the date of enrolment. There are no live sessions you can miss — but in-person options are available at our Tsim Sha Tsui office for those who prefer a structured physical environment.
The courses are self-directed, which means you decide when and how quickly to progress. Each module includes written material, a worksheet, and a short summary of what you have worked through. The final programme product is a written financial plan that you have built yourself.
Enquire and choose your course
Contact us to discuss which programme suits your situation. We are happy to explain the differences before you decide.
Enrol and access your materials
On enrolment, you receive access to all course materials. You begin at module one and work through at your own pace.
Work through at your own pace
Pause when you need to. Return when you are ready. Your access continues for twelve months regardless of how long you take.
Complete with a written plan
The final module guides you through reviewing and finalising the personal financial plan you have built across the course.
Financial Footing After a Major Life Change
For adults 40 and older who are reorganising their financial picture after a significant life change — divorce, bereavement, redundancy, or a long illness. This course recognises that participants may be reading the material during a difficult period, and it is written accordingly.
The four-week structure moves through immediate priorities first: understanding what you have, identifying what needs to change urgently, and creating a stable base before looking further ahead.
Course modules
Week 1 — Taking stock
Identifying all accounts, policies, and assets. Building a complete current-state picture.
Week 2 — Immediate stabilisation
Cash flow in a changed situation. Reviewing and separating jointly-held accounts and policies.
Week 3 — The financial picture, rebuilt
Understanding your income, outgoings, assets, and liabilities as a single person. What has changed and what remains.
Week 4 — Looking forward, gently
Initial steps toward a new retirement picture. What to address next and how to structure the coming months.
Who this course suits
- Recently divorced or separated adults reviewing their finances for the first time independently
- Adults who have recently lost a partner and need to understand the financial situation they have inherited
- Those who have experienced unexpected redundancy and need to assess their position before making decisions
- Anyone who feels their finances are in an uncertain state and wants a structured way to understand them
Who this programme suits
- Those who have already stabilised after a major change and are ready to plan the next three to five years
- Adults who completed the four-week course and want to go further
- Those whose situation is clear enough to begin planning but who have not yet done so
- Adults approaching retirement who are reassessing their trajectory after a life change
Rebuilding a Financial Plan
For those who have moved through the initial period of a major life change and are ready to build a forward-looking financial plan. This programme assumes a degree of stability — it is not the right starting point if things are still in motion.
The six-week structure takes a deliberate pace through savings, insurance, housing, and retirement — each addressed in the context of changed circumstances rather than assumed ones.
Programme modules
Weeks 1–2 — New savings patterns
Setting savings targets appropriate to changed income and outgoings. Reviewing the MPF position from scratch.
Week 3 — Insurance and protection
Reviewing all insurance coverage and updating beneficiary designations across every policy and scheme.
Week 4 — Housing in a new context
Whether to stay, sell, rent, or buy. Thinking through the financial implications of each option in Hong Kong's market.
Weeks 5–6 — Retirement trajectory
Re-establishing a realistic retirement picture from a revised starting point. What the numbers look like and what can be adjusted.
Full Life-Transition Financial Programme
The comprehensive programme for adults in their 40s and 50s who want to rebuild a complete financial picture after a significant personal change. This is the most thorough of the three courses, and it is designed for those who want to work through everything in one place over a sustained period.
Each participant completes a written, reviewed plan by the end of the ten weeks. This plan covers cash flow, savings, investments, estate planning, family financial conversations, and the paperwork tasks that accumulate under a previous arrangement and need updating.
Programme areas
Complete cash flow and budget reconstruction for a new household situation
Savings patterns, investment allocation review, and risk profile reassessment
Estate planning — wills, beneficiaries, Lasting Power of Attorney considerations
Family financial conversations — adult children, ageing parents, and shared financial obligations
The paperwork task — a structured approach to updating every document, policy, and account that carries the previous arrangement
Completion of a written, reviewed personal financial plan
Who this programme suits
- Adults with complex financial situations — multiple accounts, properties, or cross-border assets — who need to rebuild comprehensively
- Those who want to produce a complete financial plan in one sustained effort rather than across multiple shorter courses
- Adults approaching 55–60 who want a thorough review before decisions about retirement become more pressing
- Those who have a lot of administrative backlog from a life change — policies to update, documents to review, names to change
